Making credit cards harder to use – what a business idea!

What's with the banking user interface hell today?

1. Card Services.

Has arcane rules about the format of the UserID. But no matter how carefully I followed the rules, or how obscure a string I tried, it kept giving me the same error.

2. CUA.

Has Logon, Cancel and Change WAC buttons. But the button to Change WAC (Web Access Code) seems to require the correct current code, so it shouldn't really be displayed until after login. No info on what to do if you don't have a WAC.

Grr. And all I want to do is confirm that I can pay a bill on a credit card that isn't at its limit.
