Oh no! The 13Mb email is back!
He had trouble sending it to me in the first place, so tried more than once. I got the message - and today I got it again. Looking at the headers, I can see that the aptly named "Clearswift" SMTP service held the message or 2 weeks before finally getting it through to the next step in the chain:
