I don't know if Stilgherrian coined the term himself or got it from someone else, but I quite like the term "Rabbit-Proof Firewall" for describing the government's pending censorship filter regime.
The Great Firewall Of China gets a lot of notoriety and now we can have our own localised version; a draconian scheme with a cutesy name that sticks in the mind.
