What are they trying to say?

Interesting wording from The Blackburn Hotel:

"Our expertly created menu offers a selection of modern bistro specials as well as enough classics to suit even the most disconcerning diner."

Given that disconcerning is not a word, it's not clear what they mean. My guess is that they mean "discerning", but subconsciously want to say that it's "disconcerting" that people go for the classics.
