I think she was right: he's a bit vague. Nice. But, oh my, is he irritating...
1. I needed to know which users should have the new privilege following this week's software release. So, I asked the team's manager.
2. The manager forwarded the request to someone in his team - let's call him George - saying "please get back to Nathan with the users list for our team".
3. George emails me, asking if I can get a list of all the users.
Hmm. Full circle. Is he always like this, or is he havening a bad day?
I'm trying to work out how to respond.
