Google Blog Search vs. Technorati

Google Blog Search needs more intelligence. I use Google Alerts to catch references to "gemsling". Likewise with Technorati. Most of the hits through Google Blog Search are my own LJ entries (they probably think there's a match because "gemsling" is in the URL). By contrast, Tecnorati knows to only flag posts that have "gemsling" in the content...
