Maybe it's true what they say: that you need less sleep as you get older. I remember being young and resilient enough to party late (which didn't happen often). But I also remember sleeping at least 8 hours a night. Not anymore. But I seem to have adapted to 7 hours a night, often even less.

After sleeping only briefly and lightly on Saturday night, then waking up Sunday night, I expected to start the week feeling average and lethargic. Not so. I do feel that tonight's meeting might be pushing it a little, but I don't feel like I'm going to crash the car on the way there. That's a good thing.
