For the writers among you: What do you want to happen to your intellectual property after you die?

Neil Gaiman recommends making a will that covers your writing. Should your copyrights just go to your next of kin along with your sofa and your vinyl collection? Or do you want to specify what should happen? Maybe you want your work to go to someone special, or maybe you don't want it locked up for 70 years...
