You've gotta love nice customers... We somehow managed to allocate one resource to two customers. An unfortunate, but human, error that is not directly one person's fault. The customer who was already using the resource could have said "no - we're not going to budge", but instead was understanding and co-operative, even though it means a bit of down time for them. One stressor down, x to go...
